I had a issue with a casino site, (unpaid winnings)I contacted Casino guru, they listened to my side of the argument and had made attempts to reach the casino site, they stayed with me checking up on updates and kept trying to establish contact with said site. The matter finally got resolved even tho the casino site never acknowledged the complaint from casino guru I believe if never reached out for help there would be a very good chance I would still be trying to collect my winnings.
