The customer service was more than 5 stars. I sent my email to the support staff and within 10 minutes had a response from an actual person that actually READ my email and responded appropriately. Other support systems should take notes for clubs pokers support system

I have been waiting since 1/1/2025 for a $130 redemption, and it’s been pending ever since. I’ve opened a support ticket that never got responded to. Tried follow-up chat requests with no response. My account is verified and I successfully withdrew once before.
