Juan, the supervisor advised he was unable to view my account and assist with a payout. I’ve had multiple issues with this betting site but Juan was very unprofessional and unpleasant. It hearts my heart as I’m a habitual gambler and I get treated this way when my host is unavailable. He even hung up on me. I gamble at least $60k a year, you think they’d value a consumer who “keeps the lights on” right?
