When I joined, i emailed them to see if they have a VIP match program, and while they dont formally, they told me I could participate in their VIP cashback bonuses and have access to VIP staff for assistance and ever since then I get decent, regular bonuses and free spins at a very frequent intervals. The bonus/free spin winnings are wager free. Free spins are given in large amounts (50, 100, 200) but usually 10 cent spins.
