Scrooge use to be one of my favorite platforms because I could easily cash out $100 and it paid quickly then when I tried to cash out $900 their asking for 4 different proofs of cards and statements. I have sent them 3 of the 4 and even tried to get the last one and they still refuse to let me back in and to give me my cash out. If something is changed I may chance my review but at this point I am very disappointed with Scrooge. I have put money on there multiple times for them to do this.

They wont pay bonuses you are entitled to when entering bonus codes and will try tell you that you didn't enter the code. If you win a decent amount, they will repeatedly ask you to do verification and no matter how many times you do it and get confirmation, they will decline it. DO NOT sign up and lose your money .

I have been playing since the beginning. I've enjoyed it but lately it seems the points are harder to get then before. It takes more money to get to the goals. However, I do take in account that I am getting older and maybe slower, but before they seemed to care a little more. It's still a great place to play but I have to be careful not to become poor playing it.

Always very helpful customer service, regularly gives good free spins randomly and menus are smooth. I really enjoy my time playing at Joo Casino. Yet to have a big win but I truly do enjoy playing here :)
